JKA NorCal is extremely proud to be the home of the 2025 JKA Panamerican Kata Champion – Sammi Yeung! Not only did she seize the championship in individual women’s kata, but they also helped push the JKA-USA Women’s team to historic Gold Medals in both Team Kata and Team Kumite!

JKA NorCal is also proud to have had Sensei Wauriman, Harry Rahn, Abdallah and Amir Batshon, and Sensei Christina Foo represent the United States and Julia Ip represent Canada! Our dojo continues to produce high level competitors in both Kata and Kumite that make their marks at the world level.

We can’t wait to see what’s next for our amazing dojo!
