This 4-week beginner program is designed specifically for adults with little or no prior experience. It provides a structured introduction to Shotokan karate fundamentals in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. You’ll learn:
- Basic stances, footwork, and transitions
- Fundamental strikes, blocks, and kicks
- Introductory forms (kata)
- Basic partner drills
